HOW WE HIRE
Bee Helpful's Caregivers are carefully chosen to ensure they are compassionate caregivers. We do not hire 1099 (contractors). All of our Caregivers are W4 employees. All staff complete a full Nationwide Criminal check, Elder Abuse Registry check, SSN Verification, 7yr address history, Treasury Dept Office of Foreign Assets, and OIG Exclusion list checks.
TRAINING
All Caregivers complete 6 hours of Dementia Training by Teepa Snow, CPR Certification, Infection Control training,
DNR training, and Client specific training as needed. We carry professional, business insurance, and workman's compensation insurance.
Our organization is inspired by Teepa Snow and the Positive Approach to Care® methods and dementia education. While inspired, any knowledge or skills we offer are only representative of our organization, independent of Positive Approach to Care®.
Mission
To perform non-medical tasks for seniors in Rockingham County, allowing them to remain safely in their homes as independently as possible.
To create peace of mind for our clients’ friends and family.
To create jobs caregivers want to do well and know they are making a difference.
To create profit and in turn donate caregiver hours or donations to seniors who cannot afford our services; by working directly with Community Caregivers of Greater Salem and Community Caregivers of Greater Derry.
