The Greater Derry-Salem Cooperative Alliance for Regional Transportation (CART) provides shared-ride HC-accessible van transportation to the public with emphasis on seniors and disabled residents of Chester, Derry, Londonderry, Salem, and Hampstead. CARTgoes to any destination within the five-town service area and may accommodate transportation for medical appointments out of the service region in Manchester. This includes rides to Catholic Medical Center, Elliot Hospital, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester, and the VA Medical Center. Project Upkeep is a special set of "handyman" volunteers that make handicap improvements and repairs to our low-income clients' homes.

The Talking Books Program https://www.nh.gov/nhsl/talking_books/ exists to meet the reading needs and interests of New Hampshire residents who are physically unable to see, handle or process printed material comfortably. Borrow their easy-to-user audio player and get books through the mail. Talking Book Services provides library materials to over 2,000 New Hampshire residents and lends over 70,000 audio and braille books each year. Examples of physical problems that may be eligible: arthritis of hands & wrists, blindness, dyslexia, epilepsy not fully controlled, head injuries, macular degeneration, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, stroke aftermath, Stryker frame.
