What is your minimum per week?

2 hours once a week is our minimum. 

Are your services covered by insurance? 

At this time, we do not take insurance. We are private pay.  Some long-term care insurance policies will reimburse you for our services. 

When can you start? 

Before we can provide services, we need to schedule a meeting at your home to create a care plan and go over our services. At this time we decide what kind of Caregiver you need and discuss the availability/schedule. 

Can you drive me to my doctor’s appointment?  

We can provide limited transportation to our clients. 

What kind of business insurance do you have?

We have business liability, professional, workers’ compensation, and non-owned auto liability as well as commercial auto for our transportation Caregiver. 

Can you go grocery shopping for me?

Yes, we can go grocery shopping and add the cost of the groceries to your invoice. We have found the best option is if you or someone could order groceries from a local supermarket, and we pick them up on the way to your home. 

What are your rates?

$38-$40/hour, depending on the Caregiver needed. 

How do I pay?

Check or Credit Card. We can send the invoice to a loved one by email as well. We send invoices weekly. 

What types of Caregivers do you have?

We have Homemaker Caregivers and PCA Caregivers. Homemaker Caregivers provide cooking, cleaning, errands, companionship and other household tasks. PCA (Personal Care Assistant) Caregivers provide the services of a Homemaker plus personal care such as showering, dressing, transfers, and feeding. 

Are your caregivers' backgrounds checked?

Bee Helpful does a full Nationwide Federal Criminal search on all caregivers as of today. NH only requires us to do a state-wide background check. Our caregivers are not only screened for a Nationwide Federal Criminal Search but also for the Elder Abuse Registry, SSN Verification/7 yr Address History, Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control, OIG Exclusion List (those who are not allowed to participate with a Federal healthcare program or health services), and the Sex Offender List.

Hi Samantha- I wanted to let you know my mother had the best day today. Her spirits were so good when we got home from work. She was so excited to have dinner ready and the table set for us.
