We provide Companionship to individuals who are aging in place and would like someone to play games or cards, take a walk, talk about old times, or do their favorite hobby/activity with them. Companionship provides seniors with socialization, decreasing isolation. Companionship is perfect for seniors who would otherwise spend part or all of their day alone and requires light assistance.
National Institute on Aging states "Several research studies have shown a strong correlation between social interaction and health and well-being among older adults and have suggested that social isolation may have significant adverse effects for older adults."
